Prerequisites for Completion of Bachelor of Divinity
1. The total number of credit per semester (units) required for high school graduates is a minimum of 160 units. A student is deemed passed only when he has completed all required courses with a Grade Average of not less than 2.0 and the required practical church ministry.
2. For full time students, the minimum number of credits to be enrolled every semester is 12
(twelve) units, and a maximum of 20 (twenty) units, except for those who have the Grade Average of 3.7 above, will be allowed to add one more course.
3. This program can be completed within a maximum period of 5½ (five-and-a-half) years,
including thesis writing and 1 year practical church ministry. Students who cannot finish within such period should write a letter to the President.
4. Requirements for thesis writing:
Thesis topic should be submitted a semester before the actual writing (8th semester).
Time given for thesis writing is 6 months. Should a student is deemed not able to finish the thesis with the chosen topic in 6 months, he will be transferred to Dip. Th.
5. Prerequisite for one-year practical church ministry is the completion of all academic requirements including the Bible comprehensive exam.
6. Satisfactory completion of the one-year internship and the 2 (two) times 2-month
internship.
7. Settlement of all administrative fees, consumption, and other dues.
8. Achievement of the required behavior fitting the life that of a minister.
