Accreditation
SEABS has been accredited by the Department of Religion as declared in the resolution by the General Director for Direction of Christian Communities with reference number DJ.III/Kep/IIK.00.5/22/258/2004 stating that the Bachelor of Divinity degree is registered.  Our Bachelor of Divinity and Master of Divinity degrees are accredited by ATESEA.  Our Bachelor of Divinity, Master of Divinity, Master of Theology and Master of Counseling are accredited by ATA

Relation with Theological Foundations
SEABS has been a member of Association of Theological Schools in Indonesia (PERSETIA) since 1980, The Association for Theological Education in South East Asia (ATESEA) since 1994 and The Association of Theological Education in Asia since 2000.  Internationally, this seminary is also known by several other seminaries who have accepted our graduates, as follow: Reformed Theological Seminary (USA), Westminster Theological Seminary (USA), Asuza Pacific University (USA) Calvin Theological Seminary (USA), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (USA), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (USA), Fuller Theological Seminary (USA), International Theological Seminary (USA), Trinity Theological College (Singapore), Singapore Bible College, Adelaide Bible College (Australia), China Evangelical Seminary (Taiwan), Taiwan Theological Seminary, China graduate School of Theology (Hongkong), and Southeast Asia Graduate School of Theology (Singapore).

Relation with Churches
As an non denominational seminary, we are actively cultivating relationships with and received students from various denominations. Assignment of students for one-year practicum in the church is also done likewise. The seminary has special historic relationship with Gereja Kristen Kalam Kudus (The Holy Word Christian Church) which was stated by the late Rev. Dr. Andrew Gih, founder of this seminary. This special affiliation is cultivated up to the present.
